How it works

Order before 3pm Monday to Thursday and we’ll aim to deliver within 72 hours Order before 3pm Friday and we’ll aim to deliver the following Wednesday

Deliveries to some remote areas of India and offshore areas of India may take 4-7 days for delivery.

You can also choose any of the delivery options below to suit your needs

We can ship to all 50 U.S. states and most territories, as well as almost every country. Check our International Shipping page for information about international orders.

WE SHIP FAST

Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the SAME or NEXT business day. Orders received before 10am Central time will most likely ship out that same day. After this time, they will ship out the next business day (which means orders placed from Friday 10am through Sunday will be shipped on Monday). Occasionally, an order may need extra processing time due to issues with the order, such as inventory stock or payment method. We also made need additional handling time during busy seasons such as holidays.

WE GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also continue to receive updates throughout the process, including when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders — this will be sent to you with your shipping confirmation email. Quick, affordable deliveries

Your first order with MaaPack is free when you spend Rs. 12,500 or more excluding GST. You’ll get FREE up to 72-hour delivery on all India mainland orders over Rs. 25,000. If your order is less than Rs.25,000 before GST, you’ll get up to 72-hour delivery for just Rs.1000. Orders with specific requirement will be quoted individually, please call us on 1800 111 99 99 to find out how much it will be for your business.

Delivery options

Whether you need your bubble wrap on a certain day or want your cardboard boxes delivered to different locations, MaaPack can arrange it for you.

Multi-site delivery

If you’ve got more than one warehouse, office or site, this service will come in really handy. You can arrange to have your deliveries sent to different sites throughout India, so your packaging will always be in the right place at the right time

Future delivery

If you use large amounts of packaging, but don’t have much space in your warehouse, this is the service for you. You can arrange staggered deliveries, so you can get what you need now and in the future.

Nominated day delivery

If you need to be on-site to accept delivery or want to plan ahead, this service is a great choice. Simply choose a day that suits you, and we’ll deliver on that day, for no extra charge.

Delivery upgrades

If you need your order by a certain time or on the weekend, you can upgrade your delivery to: next day delivery before 9:30am, next day delivery, Saturday AM delivery. Call us on 1800 111 99 99 for delivery upgrade quotes.

Delivery instructions

As many of our products are ordered in bulk, we usually deliver on pallets. If you can’t accept delivery in advance, please let us know when you order, either by mentioning it on the phone or entering ‘Pallets can’t be accepted’ in the delivery comments box on your online order form. You can also use this box to give us any useful information, like your business opening hours and any parking or accessibility issues.

Collect your order from MaaPack

Customers can collect orders from MaaPack between 12:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. If you wish to collect your order from us please book this directly with our sales team in advance. When you arrive, please go to our Warehouse and quote your sales order number.

Additional Delivery Policy

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller to the address first address provided by the Buyer as stipulated on the Order, or by Buyer collecting the Goods at the Seller's premises at any time after the Seller has notified the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection. A signature indicating safe receipt of the Goods will be required on delivery or collection.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods then without limiting any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller may store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.

Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer : a) in the case of Goods to be delivered at the Buyers premises, at the time of delivery or, if the Buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when the Seller has tendered delivery of the Goods; or b) in the case of Goods the Buyer has requested the Seller to leave unattended at their requested delivery address when the Buyer is unable to take receipt of the goods and sign for the goods, at the time of delivery. c) in the case of Goods being collected from the Seller's premises, at the time when the Seller notifies the Buyer that the Goods are available for collection.

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these Terms, the property in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the Goods together with any charges in respect of sales taxes, carriage and insurance.

Until such time as the property in the Goods passes to the Buyer, the Seller may at any time require the Buyer to deliver up the Goods to the Seller, and if the Buyer fails to do so forthwith, enter on any premises of the Buyer or any third party where the Goods are stored and repossess the Goods.

A small quantity of products and all customers requiring deliveries outside India will take a little longer to deliver and these are highlighted throughout the catalogue and website and evidenced on the Order.

Delivery charges are calculated based upon the weight and/or volumetric weight of the goods applicable to the total order value and the delivery address of the Buyer. Delivery surcharges for specified timed and weekend deliveries are also offered, at an applicable premium pricing structure.

Some Goods may be delivered to the Buyer directly from the manufacturer and third-party suppliers. Occasionally a supplier is unable to deliver directly outside of India mainland and in such instances the Buyer will be advised at time of order if this is the case.

Deliveries are made using a recognised carriage provider. Goods are intended to be delivered to the front door of ground floor locations only. The delivery person/driver may at his/her discretion; assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the Buyer, at the Buyer's own risk.

Goods cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses or the overseas equivalent.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case-to-case basis.
