When and on what terms you can return the shipment?

At MaaPack, we are committed to make your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

MaaPack allows return of products within 24 hours of delivery with all the following conditional cases:

The Purchased Goods are defective, used, altered or seal of package is broken.

Physical damage to the Goods (material).

The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing.

Significantly different from the specifications given by the vendor (wrong size, colour or material related issues)

Goods not eligible for a return:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Future delivery

If you use large amounts of packaging, but don’t have much space in your warehouse, this is the service for you. You can arrange staggered deliveries, so you can get what you need now and in the future.

Nominated day delivery

If you need to be on-site to accept delivery or want to plan ahead, this service is a great choice. Simply choose a day that suits you, and we’ll deliver on that day, for no extra charge.

Delivery upgrades

If you need your order by a certain time or on the weekend, you can upgrade your delivery to: next day delivery before 9:30am, next day delivery, Saturday AM delivery. Call us on 1800 111 99 99 for delivery upgrade quotes.

Delivery instructions

As many of our products are ordered in bulk, we usually deliver on pallets. If you can’t accept delivery in advance, please let us know when you order, either by mentioning it on the phone or entering ‘Pallets can’t be accepted’ in the delivery comments box on your online order form. You can also use this box to give us any useful information, like your business opening hours and any parking or accessibility issues.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g., price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items

How can I return an item purchased from Gujarat MaaPack?

You can conveniently place your return request if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. To return a product, you can email us at packhelp@maapack.com or call at our helpline number – 1800 111 9999 with the following details

Post receiving your request, MaaPack’s Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with MaaPack and cannot be contested.

If you receive a damaged item from MaaPack:

We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on MaaPack was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at packhelp@maapack.com within 24 hours of material receipt. We will contact the courier partner and initiate a transit damage claim. Once the material is received back, replacements will be sent out to you.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made within 36 hours of the order being placed. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfilment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.You can conveniently place your return request if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. Timeline and mode of refund:

We will initiate your refund process after we receive the package. Refund will be credited to the same payment option(s) originally used to make payment while placing the order. "Refund will be made through online mode in 7-14 working days."

Additional Governing Conditions for Return, Refund & Cancellation

Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.

We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
